Terms of Service

Jaipur E-Mart is an online marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent sellers. We provide the platform, take the order and coordinate delivery; the seller is responsible for the product itself, its description, and its legal compliance.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST.
• A delivery fee may be added at checkout and is shown before you confirm.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once the seller accepts it.
• If a seller does not confirm within the stated window, the order is cancelled automatically and you are not charged.
• We may cancel an order where a product is mispriced, unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent.

Orders are Cash on Delivery. Payment is collected by the delivery agent when the order reaches you. Do not hand over payment before you have received the order.

Only customers with a delivered order can review a product, and one order allows one review per product. We may remove reviews that contain abuse, personal information, or content unrelated to the product.

• List products accurately, including price, condition and any legally required information.
• Only list products you are legally permitted to sell.
• Pack and hand over confirmed orders within the agreed window.
• Honour the returns and refunds policy published on this site.

We may suspend a seller account for repeated failed deliveries, inaccurate listings, or breach of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
