Privacy Policy

• Your name, phone number and delivery address — required to deliver a Cash on Delivery order.
• Your order history, so you can see past orders and track deliveries.
• Basic usage data such as which products were viewed, used to improve what we show you.

We do not collect card or bank details, because orders on this marketplace are Cash on Delivery and are paid directly to the delivery agent.

This marketplace has no customer login. When you place an order we store a signed identifier in your browser so that the same device can see its own order history and pre-fill your delivery details next time. It is readable only by our server, and you can clear it at any time using the “Not you? Forget this device” link on the Your orders page.

• The seller fulfilling your order — they receive your name, phone and delivery address in order to pack and hand over the order.
• The delivery partner assigned to your order, for the same reason.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Order records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute resolution. Device identifiers expire after 180 days, or immediately when you clear them.

• Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
