Returns & Refunds

Because orders are Cash on Delivery, the simplest option is to inspect the order when it arrives and refuse it before paying. You pay nothing and there is no refund to process.

• Open Your orders, find the delivered order, and use “Request a return”.
• Tell us what went wrong. The seller and our team review the request.
• If approved, we arrange pickup of the item.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Perishable goods and items sold as final sale.
• Products where a hygiene seal has been broken.
• Items returned without their original packaging or missing parts.

Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, approved refunds are paid back to you by UPI. We ask for your UPI ID when the return is approved, and pay out once the item is collected and checked.
